I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We are working hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. We are just as eager for you to start enjoying your new products as you are eager to receive them! Please allow 1 to 2 hours for your order to be shipped out. please email us at support@flowersgiftsandballoons.ca so we can make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You are eligible for free cancellation on any order you place as long as you do so before the item(s) shipped.
Help! I have entered an incorrect address and the order is already placed.
No problem! If you have entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct mailing address. Kindly notify us at support@flowersgiftsandballoons.ca or call on helpline. if the original address entered is incorrect so we can promptly update it without any order delays. No refund will be given after a product is shipped.
