My Valentine’s Day order was unfortunately a disappointment. The delivery was made quite late at the evening. I understand that there may be heavy demand on a special occasion like this, but delivering it that late still reflects poor planning.
My main disappointment, however, was with the packaging. The pot mold and wrapping were significantly larger than the plant itself. This created an unattractive appearance and made the product feel carelessly prepared. For such a special day, I expected a more thoughtful and elegant presentation.
Unfortunately, this experience did not satisfy me. I hope the company will take greater care in both delivery organization and packaging in the future.
